Wonderful people! They absolutely know their craft, everyone plays one if not multiple instruments. Not only do they rent to schools they also handle individuals. Repairs are made on site on every instrument from a 4th graders flute to a world famous musician's saxophone.
Cole's Music Service is a great place to rent instruments from. We have been using them for at least 3 years and they have been wonderful to do business with. We always pay the extra $20 for the damage protection plan so we have never been charged for anything that went wrong with the alto saxophone.
I went in yesterday to get viola strings. I'm just starting and the guy (sorry! I didn't catch his name!) Got me exactly what I needed. I wasn't even sure what size viola I had, so this wasn't the easiest request. My viola's all tuned and ready to go and I'd recommend this place if you're a musician or an aspiring one.
Wonderful showroom, displaying a wide variation of instruments and brands with the ability to try some out. Helpful, knowledgeable, and appropriately personal staff members. Their instrument servicing also seems quick without overcharging.
