Knowledge of products they sell is excellent. They don't carry Martin or Gibson, but if you are looking for a good sounding guitar it doesn't matter because what they do carry is great. The 300$ guitar I bought here gave me a better sound than my 1200$ martin. Very reliable and I will be back to buy more from them!
Small store but great selection and outstanding customer service. They helped my stepson out with a guitar strap and case plus they gave him a huge discount on his case! They have a lot of the school banners hanging up in the store which I think is awesome! I highly recommend this store to everyone!
I went in search of a flute for our 6th grade daughter entering band. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered every one of my questions with patience. Surprisingly, he was able to find an instrument within our price range that day.
This is a nice "little" music store with very nice and helpful employees. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's a small music store and has limited items (in comparison to the major chain stores). The best one I've found in Victoria.
