UPDATE: Whitney helped us a few weeks ago, just a few hours before the big homecoming game. They were both busy and couldn't look at the sousaphone, but Whitney talked me through different scenarios to examine with the school's Jupiter Jumbo, and I was able to get the horn playing again, just in time.
I had a serious problem with my Bach Strad 37 trumpet. Any time I played with any valve combinations that included the 2nd valve the horn lost resonance and felt "'off".
I had a good experience with Command Brass from start to finish. They answered my questions when I brought in my euphonium and they gave me realistic expectations regarding the repairs. When I picked it up earlier today it look great, like I thought it would.
Incredible service, amazing staff, and brilliant repairs and servicing. I brought in a number of my horns recently for sanitization, repairs, and cleaning and they did an exceptional job. Command Brass restored a horn I’ve had for 20+ years back to playing like the first day I picked it up.
