Brad is the man! New to the area and needed a guitar tech to set up a few guitars. Brad has knowledge on Floyd Roses and the EverTune. No complaints! Strings were still stretching a bit. But with some riffing , they are maintaining tune.
They had my guitar fixed and restung by the next day. It sounds great and they are very nice people.
The owner (Travis) and long time employees like Brad make this place special. They have a great selection of instruments, amps, P.A. and lighting gear some D.J. gear and accessories. One of the best things about Crossroads Music is the very talented instructors.
The guys at crossroads are absolutely amazing. I brought in my guitar. It needed a saddle, a few frets filed and polished, a setup. They did an awesome job. I also picked up a fender amp. It sounds great. My guitar plays like a dream. They are a very knowledgeable team.
