Had some badly dinged frets on a 25+ year old strat. Some strings would literally get stuck in the dings and I was worried about getting it fixed. Dale did it for a fraction of the price of guitar center and finished the job before I even had to leave the shop.
I brought my guitars in to Dale to be setup professionally. One guitar has a Floyd Rose bridge, and the other is a 7-string with an Evertune bridge. These are not the easiest of configurations to setup, not to mention I tune low because I play death metal.
I have always heard about how good they are but I have never used Dales. I brought 2 of my guitars. A Martin sc13e to get a set up done. The action was too high for my liking. He has that guitar playing like a champ! Other guitar was a project from post Covid era. I built an Eric Johnson strat.
Dale is a lifesaver! I even said to him “is that ALL?” When he named the price. Fast, professional, and knows his craft.
