Dan is patient and kind in addition to being very knowledgeable. All the staff are. I love this place. I needed 3 guitars repaired. As with every time I have been to Dan's, I was greeted as soon as I walked in.

Dan and the Staff have expert knowledge and are kind people dedicated to supporting the musicians in Hawaii. This shop has so much top quality equipment at every price level and Dan listens very well, making the utmost effort to find out what you truly need. If you have any issues with a purchase they take care of it.
Can’t say enough about this place! I just went there an hour ago and am still shocked and extremely grateful for the excellent customer service that was given. All I was expecting was to buy new strings and maybe receive a few answers to help repair my beat up guitar.
