Rich did a fantastic job setting up my new Martin D35. It had some issues from the previous owner but Rich did careful work resolving those and making it look and sound brand new! Also, shoutout to Tim Pratt for helping me with this guitar (and many others in the past)!
The staff here is always super friendly. They are always willing to pull stuff out even when you are up front about just looking around. They also have a great selection of just about everything musical. I have found things there that I was certain I would have to buy online.
Got my bass guitar in and fixed very quickly. I am very impressed! Communication was excellent and I was also very happy with the selection of strings in the store and other accessories I needed. I will definitely be a continued customer of Dietze!
