I'm a beginner guitar player and I stupidly broke a string. I had no clue what to do so I called and Jestin answered. I rushed to the store and he was more than helpful. I explained what did and he was sympathetic and super helpful!!!
Helpful staff. Told the lady what instrument I needed for the kid and the school, and she had all the info at hand. Quick, painless and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. They are geat.

andy was very very helpful with repairs! we were really worried about my french horn, because i have a band camp coming up very soon and i don’t even live here, and my thumb key was broken.
