I have been dealing with Dillon Music for 5 yrs, having purchased several Yamaha Pro level clarinets. Of late, I have dealt with Josh. I would like to take this opportunity to convey my appreciation for his Customer Service.
My son has been looking for a new trigger trombone. We were told Dillon Music was the best place to go. It’s about a 1 1/2hr ride for us. We made an appointment (highly recommend). The staff were nothing short of amazing. Extremely helpful, yet not pushy or overbearing.
I truly appreciate the quick online service (thanks Josh). After I received the ordered item, I telephoned the store with a question, which they were able to provide me with the information requested. Polite staff and definitely a reliable and reputable instrument company to work with.
By far the best place for professional brass repair. Only no parking lot even though there's an empty one directly across from the street.
