From the reviews

Dale does excellent work. He repaired and upgraded my 1960’s McIntosh MC275 amp and C22 Preamp. He consulted with me on a regular basis. We discussed component quality and he made excellent recommendations. My system has never sounded so sweet. I would not hesitate to take any tube equipment to Dale for service.

I have had multiple amps repaired by Dale and i always leave his shop a very satisfied customer. I cannot recommend DJL Vintage Audio enough for guitar amp repair. 5 + stars. I had an old Marshall 100 watt head that worked but was tuned up and repaired and I swear its better now than when brand new !!

Dale is a true professional. My 66 Ampeg Gemini II has now been restored and sounding better than ever. It’s dead quiet! Within a couple days of dropping the amp off he called me to “unpack the story” as he called it. There were a few issues that were keeping the amp from operating as it should.

★★★★★ — Ryan, Nov 2023

Dale is an expert tube amp diagnostician and technician. He repaired and refreshed a pair of modified Stromberg Carlson ASR-433 tube amps for me recently. Not only did Dale do a great job of repairing my amps in a timely fashion, he also took the time to talk with me to help me better understand how to deploy and use…
