Michael is the best! Five stars all day. I walked in with an 8-string and a pickup install that I’d thoroughly mangled, and he turned it around brilliantly. It sounds fantastic now, and he made everything look neat and polished, which was not part of the original disaster.
I got stuck on a custom tele build with the final neck setup. I brought the guitar into Michael and just got it back yesterday - I'm honestly blown away by the setup - best action/feel I've had on any guitar I own. I'll definitely be bringing more instruments to Michael and his team in the future.
Great shop! Mike was very clear about what repairs would be cosmetic, what would be functional, and how I could try some easy fixes myself first. Free consult was top tier, people were friendly, and advice was straightforward and practical.
