Well here is my honest opinion and harsh when I give one. It’s an old building with an old time feel. People that treat you like family till you’re not this mean you did them wrong. I have done more business with this company/ family in 31 year then any other retailer including McDonald’s. I do not eat out much.
Took my granddaughter (who plays 8th grade trombone) to look at accessories as I wanted to celebrate her 4th year of commitment to this instrument. We met their technician, Dan, who also teaches trombone (@ a school in Frankfort?). He demonstrated some accessories, was frank about what was good value and what wasn't.
My son takes piano lessons there. He has been for several months. The teacher is very professional.
