Brandon is the absolute man!! Incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Lyndon (Hope I spelled that correctly) is also right up there with him; I enjoy coming to shop here knowing it’s a virtual guarantee that one or the other will be there at any given time.
I honestly wasn’t expecting a good experience when I went to have my old guitar fixed up for my daughter. But Louis was great and treated us very well. He gave us a lot of advice and pointed us in the right direction without trying to make us spend a fortune.
I’ve been a long time customer of the store, my son took guitar lessons as a young teen years ago at the store. My son still stops in regularly to check out the new stuff and say hi to Phil, who is always helpful and answers all his questions if he has any. I would recommend checking the store out.
Great store. Very competitive rental rates. Excellent setups. Phil Osbourne takes the time to do it right. He’s salvaged at least three of my guitars (2 acoustic and 1 electric) that other shops couldn’t or wouldn’t.
