I’m a 61-year-old beginning guitar player and was having issues with my 1970s instrument, so I was ready to buy a new acoustic guitar. I went into a well-known chain close to home, and was ignored by the employees for a good 15-20 minutes. This made my shopping anxiety even worse.
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Came in with a broken guitar, was quoted a price for fixing it that was almost as much as the guitar was worth. My daughter was shown multiple options, allowed to play and get a feel for each one. They respected our budget and time.
Took my guitar in for very needed new strings and was treated wonderfully by Ben, who also took my phone call to for information on the service. He made me feel totally OK about not being able to do it on my own and even though they were slammed when I got there, the customer service from everyone was excellent.
We worked with Derek and Robina for help with my son's upright bass. They put in a new sound post and new strings. It sounds great! They were very patient and knowledgeable and had him play multiple basses, with different strings, to find the sound he was looking for. Everyone at the store is very helpful.
