From the reviews
Went in to the shop for the first time sept 25. Was in the market for a pack of strings and a set of strap buttons. Forgive my spelling, Millisa was beyond helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. That’s when I noticed a Dean ML Phantom hanging on the wall.
I made so much progress here! Alyssa here at DB is a wonderful teacher. She's the third vocal coach I've had, and the best by far. She's so considerate and inspiring, and she helped me to accomplish things that previous coaches told me I simply couldn't do.
I had 3 Banjo lessons with Jeremy. He was very patient with me who had no experience with any musical instrument. I learned quite a bit but for other reasons had to suspend my lessons, I hope to start up again. Jacqueline at the desk is super helpful in scheduling. Great place to learn. Brian Pontolilo
The staff at Double Bar provide opportunities for students to explore their true interests in music. The Winter of Rock and Summer of Rock programs provided my son with the opportunity to unlock a true passion for performance. The teachers are incredibly supportive and passionate.
Lessons at Double Bar Music
Reviews and the store's own info mention lessons at Double Bar Music. If you're signing up a beginner (or restarting yourself), a quick call ahead answers the three things that matter: which instruments they teach, whether the schedule has openings at the time you actually need, and what a first lesson costs. There's no wrong first guitar — a good teacher will happily work with whatever you walk in with, and a shop that teaches usually keeps affordable starter instruments and rentals on hand for exactly this reason.
