I found this place through Yelp and it ended up being a real gem for me. I had a brand new Hofner ignition bass that was full of issues. Intonation was off, it rattled as you went up the neck, and the strings were dead. I played around with it for days without much improvement.
Dr. Jon is an absolute craftsman. He repaired an 80’s Les Paul custom that I’d had intonation problems with for years. After Dr. Jon fixed the frets, the tailpiece, and the nut, it plays and sounds better than I ever thought it could. I will continue to give my guitar repair business to Dr. Jon.
