I’ve had this partscaster kicking around for years in various incarnations. It’s been “almost there” a bunch of times. It’s a mid/late 90s classic series 60s neck. From beck when they were using REALLY nice, dark rosewood on those. Nice vintage tint to the headstock and back of the neck. Spaghetti logo.
I highly recommend seeking Dr. Strings Instrument Repair for more elaborate repair jobs. Scott (aka Dr. Strings) is a very humble and pleasant person that offers World Class customer service!
Scott is the only person I trust to do setups for my instruments. Seen his work on a lot of friends instruments and loved the way they played but never could bring myself to just trust the process for myself. After the pick guard broke I had to have it worked on and it plays better than it ever has.
Dr. Strings is easily the best and most thoughtful guitar specialist I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. There's a real sense of professionalism combined with a obvious personal desire to get your instrument playing perfectly. Or whatever perfect feels like to you, he will get you there.
