I called the owner, Sean, to see if he did set-ups on guitars. I have a Gretsch Falcon replica my hobbyist buddy put together for me. After speaking with him for 4 or 5 minutes I decided to take a chance and hire him to do the work. I made the right decision.
I highly recommend Drifter Guitars. Excellent service, communication and always answers all my questions. Completely impressed with his knowledge and love for each type of guitar he’s helped us with. Had a 20+ year old taylor (2001 914ce) that needed some work done; Shawn had my frets smoother and more level than they’ve been in a decade, and was able to clear a crack in the top that’s been giving me anxiety for years.
Shawn at Drifter Guitar Works did an excellent job! He worked on my personal guitars and also a guitar used by a praise team in prison. He is meticulous in his attention to detail.
