We rent my son's instrument for school every year here and have never had an issue. The guys that work there are very knowledgeable on a wide spread of things and they have a lot of patience!
I went there to sell a piece of equipment. The gentleman at the counter explained that that isn't the kind of instrument they purchase but he was very nice and suggested other places
A really cool place to go for anything music related. They even have gift certificates. If your not sure what you want, talk to them, they are very knowledgeable.
