3/20 My experience during a call to DW DRUMS, I had what turned out to be a complicated question, during my conversation, I even offered to get the info elsewhere but Mr M, as i will call him knew It was futile , He said it was a unique question and he would take care of it himself, physically going to the wherehouse…
On Thursday, September 25th, I had a drum gear nightmare: the spur lock on my DW kick drum stripped, and a collar lock on my DW snare stand snapped—all on the same day. I was definitely in a tizzy.
I went on a factory tour with my dad and aunt at the DW factory last week. It was so informative and fantastic. It was truly amazing to see all the handcrafted work that goes into each and every product they produce there.
Once upon a time, I played Tama, but I always admired Drum Workshop. The products are high-quality, the site has factory tours, their PDP brand makes their product affordable to students and working musicians, and the customer service is absolutely friendly.
