Kevin is great from the start of the process to the finish! I brought in two instruments and both could have been tricky to work with. One was a round neck1990 Dobro that needed neck work, fret work, and a good set-up with a few other minor things to change on it.
I came to Kevin based on the reviews here on Google as I was looking for a guitar repair shop. I've now brought three total to him because he does excellent work. He's super knowledgeable, really friendly, and is really well priced. He's now definitely my go-to for any guitar repair.
Kevin was great. Reset the bridge on an Ovation a/e for me. After repair, he found a broken wire between pickup and preamp broken and fixed that. I will be using him next time I need a repair.
I bought a new guitar that had the volume and selector switch not working properly. Contacted the manufacturer and despite my guitar being out of warranty, they still sent me free replacement parts. Thought the purchase location would be the best for the installation, but no.
