Honestly, I would have been completely lost if it wasn't for the wonderful staff in this store. I wanted a violin for my wife, they were extremely helpful as I don't know anything about them. This violin almost brought my wife to tears. Wonderful experience.
I’ve come here many times and have always been met with very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. I came in today to get my tuba fixed, and Taylor (one of the repair techs) was able to fix it up and get it playing nicely! He even gave me a recommendation for a valve oil that works very well with my specific horn.
What a beautiful store. I came here to return an instrument that we’ve had way too long after a loss in the family. Cecil was very professional and understanding and took care of me without hesitation. The store is filled with beautiful instruments, great accessories and knowledgeable staff!
The team at Eastside Music has always gone above and beyond! Their knowledgable staff will keep me coming back... Most recently, Jeff was able to procure a difficult-to-find part for my Getzen field trumpet (which was received in record time!).
