Within the last couple weeks, I’ve had services done on both my guitar and bass and it was quick, effective, and not very expensive. Being a left handed player in a small town, I was pleasantly surprised that one of their technicians was also a lefty, and it made me feel encouraged about bringing in my instruments.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have answered many questions I had regarding my musical setup. Even if they didn't have what I was looking for, they offered alternatives and even suggested places I could find it. I have made several purchases at Eckroth and I haven't been disappointed.
Had a great experience here! Wes was incredibly helpful and patient with my son while picking out the perfect electric guitar amp. He let my son test it out with a guitar right off the wall and took the time to explain how to dial in settings for rock, blues, and classic sounds. Great prices and 110% customer service.
