Amazing experience here! The staff was so helpful and full of knowledge. Also had our instrument repaired, less expensive than other stores we had quotes from. Plus, they had it done in less than half the time the other stores had said. Highly recommend them!
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Prices were cheaper and selection was better than Amazon. Support local companies! Their repair team is quick and thorough, and their sale reps are always eager to help. I will come back and recommend.
The BEST music store in the Twin Cities for band and orchestra students. The Band and orchestra Made easy program is very easy and affordable! The step-up process "Encore" is a great deal! Staff are knowledgeable and helpful, they stop by school programs at least once a week.
Dropped off 2 clarinets, one which hadn't been played in 5+ years. Repair shop was very professional, didn't try to upcharge extra repairs. Staff in the main part of the store was very helpful in suggesting comparably priced and quality alternates when they were out-of-stock of the student reeds I was looking for.
