About three years ago I had to sell a custom made guitar. Recently the guitar had been posted on Reverb by Ed & Moes. It was hard to see it for sale. My wife started talking to them to try and get the guitar back and Ed & Moes worked with her to get it back to me.
I was given a $10+ drill bit set for free for the drill I bought. As a first-time buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the staff made the entire process smooth and comfortable. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident in my purchase.
This was an awesome experience from start to finish. This guitar was custom made for my husband in 2013 but unfortunately had to sell it in 2021. When I saw it listed I knew I had to get it back for him as a surprise.
Love this place. I come here often and look for good deals on sound equipment and new guitars. Everyone is so nice all the time every time I come in. Always helpful! I'll be a long time customer.
