I bought my trombone (T-350 HB) back in 2014. The quality of customer service when I was fitted to my horn was first class. However, this review isn’t about my fitting. My review is about the stupendous customer service I received when my horn needed some warranty work done on it.

I sent my trumpet in for some repairs, and I have been nothing but happy with my experience. Lexi is fantastic and responded to my emails with all the information I needed and in a timely manner! I'm still hoping to make my way to the shop one day, but for now, I will always recommend Edwards to my colleagues.

The staff spends the time with you to put together the most personalised instrument you could possibly dream of. In my case, trombone. You get to play each combination of bells, slides and valve sections until you find the right combination.

Awesome experience. This is my third time over the years making the pilgrimage. Great crew to work with. Lexi made it happen, Christan and Jesse did their magic, and Lulu was there for support LOL. If you are on the fence about visiting I highly recommend going. You won't regret it.
