First experience with Edwards Music and I was thrilled with the results! I brought in a newly purchased USED trumpet to be serviced/cleaned. I was quoted a price for sonic cleaning, I was also told if there were other issues they would call to tell me the extent of any repair which they did in a very timely fashion.
We purchased a set of drums and they we very helpful and had pur account setup in minutes. They even help loaded the boxes in my car. Excellent customer service
For a while now I have been looking to get back into guitar, I had a couple of them years ago and sold them due to not being able to dedicate the time - well now I have some additional time and the method of being able to get online lessons has expanded vastly.
Came in today to check out a new bass guitar. The second I walked in I was greeted with a hello from the staff. Danny was quick to help me out and was great help. I'm new to playing and he walked me through different options I could choose from to help further myself in the guitar world.
