Best customer service I have ever received in regards to guitars. Ed was able to get me a Larrivee model they didn't have in stock to try within 3 days from the factory without having to buy it I had the chance to play. The only Larrivee dealer in D/FW and he has a pretty good selection of the instruments.
Wanted to share the experience I had with Ed when commissioning my first custom build. To sum it up, it was fun, and a few months later I am still loving the guitar. For some background, I am relatively new to the area and happened upon Ed's shop when looking for local music stores as I prefer to buy local.
I found Sweetone Music and Ed Klein while looking for an authorized Hughes & Kettner repair shop. Ed responded to my emails and thoroughly answered my questions. I live several hours away, but took my amp in a few weeks later when I was in the area. Again, Ed was accommodating and helpful.
