So, when I first tried to visit, it didn't look like a place customers were meant to go. But then I called, confirmed the address, and visited. The side door is barely marked, but once inside everyone was friendly. I needed an octave pad replaced on my saxophone, and they did it in under 3 minutes!!!
They're repair center is awesome. I brought an antique clarinet of my friend in California to them to repair it for him. Not only did they do what they said ,but they went over and above by fixing cracks at no extra charge.
AMAZING PLACE OF BUISNESS! The staff was very polite, professional and are obvious experts in the field of music! They immediately look at my sons Saxophone and found minor issues that could be addressed in moments....and they did so accordingly with no hesitation! I would never go anywhere else!
Took my daughters clarinet for some new pads and a bad thumb rest. Work looked great. Really wasnt that pricey for the work they put into it. Getting ready to take a vintage guitar there for some work based on the work they did to the clarinet
