This is the second time I used Empire's service. The first time was for a flute, the second time was for a saxaphone. Both times I recieved false information from other people. When I brought the instruments to Empire, Brian inspected the instruments and quickly identified the issues CORRECTLY.
My daughter has taken trumpet lessons here for over six years now. Always willing to help with any problems. I have them ultrasonic clean it and tune it every year. Prices are very reasonable and turn around is quick. Much better than the chain stores hands down.
Great place for woodwind repairs! I had a professional flute and 2 professional clarinets repaired and tuned up so nicely. Never expected to find this quality of work here! Definitely going to be bringing more business here :).
Wonderful place to rent instruments for your child if your not sure they are going to continue to play. Rates for the school year are very reasonable and if you renew your rental at the end of the school year for the next year they don't charge extra for the summer.
