My brother, who is a musician, recommended Empirical Sound for my favorite, but old Infinity speakers that were not working. He said he has all his work done there because they are the experts in town. He was correct. I was uncertain whether to buy new speakers or repair mine.
These guys are great. John replaced the sliders in my Numark NS7iii. I am from Canton, and literally couldn't find another shop that would work on it. John took time over the phone to understand the issue and then explain the likely cause on the board.
Don't let the buildings outside appearance fool you this is a super cool place and I was able to get my 70s speakers repaired for only $90 whereas replacing them would have been upwards of 700. These guys are total audio nerds and they can solve your problem they can repair motherboards as well as physical speakers.
the people here were able to fix my amplifier in under 2 weeks. they arenvery professional and the pricing is very good. i will definitely be going to them to repair and purchase speakers and amps. they also deserve much more popularity than they have now. big thanks to james for their quality of service.
