I was a bit intimidated going into this shop. I am just a beginner and don't know very much. I took my $500 PRS CE into Eric's because the strings were really high and hard to play. They were all very welcoming and made me feel at ease right away. Eric explained a few things, some I understood some went over my head.
A good friend turned me on to Eric's shop about 8 years ago. Since then that is where I take all of my guitars for maintenance and repairs. I know beforehand that the work will be done right. I have never been disappointed. I am fortunate that, for me, a drive to Eric's shop is only 25 miles from my house.
My high-end ukulele had a slight rattling noise when playing the C chord, I took it to Eric, and he did a setup. Now it sounds amazing. He has great personality, very knowledgeable, great service. Highly recommend.
Eric is an incredible tech and craftsman. He just feels your guitar and can tell you how he can improve it. AND HE DOES.. Never been, or even heard anyone be disappointed. 👍👍👍
