From the reviews
I've had a few guitars that have been repaired, set up, and revitalized by Mark. His work is impeccable and second to none. He's honest, fair, and a true master craftsman. If you want the best work for the best price, Mark is your guy.
This guy is the real deal! I hot-rodded my Dean with a floyd but needed my locking nut to be better mounted. Even thou Im not a luthier myself and had no clue what I was doing. He gave me no judgement at all. Was super patient with me, informative, and very fair on his price.
I don't write many reviews, but I totally LOVE my Erlewine Lazer II !!! The action and feel, the balance, and the SOUND of it. It's a great guitar even if it weren't great for travel too. I travel a LOT. I simply carry the Erlewine Lazer II in its case (like a briefcase) in addition to my carry-on bag.
I asked Mark to put a shim between the saddle and the bridge of my acoustic. He ended up putting a small piece of metal that cause a section to the bridge to be gauged out. I wasn't very happy about it. ... Edit: Mark called me to talk about it.
