From the reviews
Amazing price has wonderful staff super professional. It's always amazing to see the local store giving a huge fight to the big stores. #Shop Emporia first
The staff are super kind and always willing to take a crack at anything I have for them, be it to fix something, exchange parts, etc.. They are all highly knowledgeable in their work and going in there is always a good experience.
I'm a YouTube music video contributor residing in Florida. I'm visiting Cottonwood Falls, KS for three weeks. I brought my trumpet with me to blow a few notes once in a while. I also wanted to get my trumpet cleaned while I was here.
This store is special to me. I learned how to play guitar here years ago from Thomas, who is now the owner. Great people. Glad to see this store is still open and running strong!
Lessons at Ernie Williamson Music (formerly Flint Hills Music)
Reviews and the store's own info mention lessons at Ernie Williamson Music (formerly Flint Hills Music). If you're signing up a beginner (or restarting yourself), a quick call ahead answers the three things that matter: which instruments they teach, whether the schedule has openings at the time you actually need, and what a first lesson costs. There's no wrong first guitar — a good teacher will happily work with whatever you walk in with, and a shop that teaches usually keeps affordable starter instruments and rentals on hand for exactly this reason.
