I went in the store just looking around. As soon as I walked in the door, the staff there said, good afternoon, how can I help you.. Miranda assisted me with a couple of items that were in stock..Miranda has always been very courteous, friendly and very helpful..You guys did an awesome job hiring her!!
Excellent store to find good quality products. Highly recommended. When you go, look for the saleswoman named Gema. She's an excellent and very kind person who will give you a great experience and the best fair prices for merchandise in excellent condition.
Excellent customer service. Their selection is extensive, and their products are in good condition ! Check them out ! Playstation 4 at 80$ was a steal !!!! ( We went the other day )
This is a great location. The employees are always very helpful as soon as you walk in to greet you to ask if you need any help. Marlene the manager also is very attentive to the customers and answers questions quickly. I love visiting this location.
Selling or trading gear at EZPAWN
EZPAWN comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
