I had a really great experience today. I cannot believe how friendly the staff are. They definitely go above and beyond! I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that helped me. He was really great & the rest of the staff I interacted with was super friendly! It was a really great experience!
Awesome store, great selection. I've had nothing but good experiences with all the outstanding staff. Audrey, Lyndsay, Greg, Ralph, Hailey, and Mari are all excellent!
I’ve been shopping at EZPAWN for over a decade, and my recent experience with Audrey, the store manager, was truly outstanding. She helped me with a significant gold jewelry purchase, gave me a generous 20% discount, and stayed over two hours with me after closing to make sure I was happy with everything.
We had such a great experience at EZPAWN thanks to Angelo. He truly went above and beyond to help us and made the entire process easy and comfortable. We actually left with more than we expected, which was a really pleasant surprise. This experience completely changed my perspective about pawn shops in the best way.
Selling or trading gear at EZPAWN
EZPAWN comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
