From the reviews

Izzy is the best. Everyone who knows him knows that. I've known Izzy since his days at Rudy's (Manhattan's premier location for guitar repair work). I bought a Ronin off him when he was building those and I love it. He's humble, but I won't be. This guy's work is sought by some huge artists.

I have had Izzy Lugo from Fiam Guitars as my repair guy for all of my guitar needs for about 20 years now. He is the ultimate guitar tech who has worked for some of the biggest names in the biz since his tenure at Rudy’s Music in NYC and with good reason. His attention to detail is off the charts.

★★★★★ — Alex, Feb 2020

I want to thank Vinnie at Fiam guitars. My guitar was dried out from improper humidity. I was nervous leaving my expensive guitar with someone to repair it. As a result, the guitar had a hairline crack on top, frets needed filing and bridge needed to be reglued and total set up.

★★★★★ — Richard, May 2024

I brought my 25 yr old strat to Vinnie because it needed a repair and was badly overdue for a setup… and I needed a quick turnaround. He did a great job, including filing and polishing the frets, and I had it back a day earlier than expected. I highly recommend Fiam!
