If you're in the need for a stringed instrument, look no further. This place is epic. Their lesson offerings and teachers are great. I had a few Ukulele lessons while passing through town and my teacher was good. She was informative and make things easy to understand. Parking here can be an issue during rush hour.
I got everything I needed (and more) from my visit. I needed a spare bow and they had a decent selection for twenty bucks each. Although there weren't Dominant brand violin strings, I'm really happy with the D'Addario set. Their merchandise was cute and comfortable, too.
Lovely little shop. Full of wonderful instruments you are going to have trouble finding elsewhere. The owner is highly agreeable, and his passion for this place is faultless. I purchased a Gold Tone Irish bouzouki from him several years ago, I was playing it today and it is simply incredible.
I can't say enough about Fiddler's Green. Ben is outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable and worked with me on selling my current banjo and ordering and buying a new one from the shop. It would not have happened without Ben's tenacity and customer driven approach.
