Fun place to stop and browse and shoot the breeze with Kurt and the others who stop in. Always something new in the store. A wide range of different guitars at great prices. All are set up and ready to go to a new home. Kurt has a way of marking you feel comfortable with your purchase or having your instrument set up.
I had lost hope with getting my Gibson flying v and les Paul set up properly. That was until I took the guitars to Kirk at fire river music. He did absolutely fantastic work at a more than fair price. I highly recommend him and will always believe in his workmanship. I am so grateful for his work.
Kurt is an amazing wealth of knowledge as had always offered up his advice no problemo. Always polite and always enthusiastic to help find the right instrument for you.
The guy running the place is great. Most reputable guitar stores in grants pass will send most repair, upgrade, set up work etc to this guy, because they all know he's the best. Nice small shop, with some surprisingly nice guitars. Doesn't waste wall space.
