What a great music store! They have a wide selection of instruments, sheet music, accessories and a knowledgeable service department. To top it all off their staff is friendly and eager to help without the pressure. I found Flesher Hinton as a result of their involvement with a very worthy cause.
I went there to have my daughter's violin repaired even though I bought it off of Amazon. The staff here was very friendly and helpful and didn't want to charge, though I paid for their time since I'm in the service industry as well.
As a professional saxophonist and mother to two high school musicians I rely on Flesher-Hinton for tune-ups of our instruments. The service team always comes through for me, often taking time to see if there are easy fixes on the spot. I am grateful and impressed with the service, knowledge and kindness of the staff!
My daughter's saxophone had a pad that fell off and was also needing an octave key adjustment. I called a few other shops that were closer to me, but they all had a service backlog and it would have taken quite a while to get fixed. Called Flesher Hinton and spoke with the service guy.
