I went here to get a flute for my daughter for Xmas. -what a bright cozy store and I love this part of the city-it’s very charming. Cyron was there and he was lovely-, patient, friendly and he knows his stuff when it comes to flutes being both a professional musician and a flute repair wizard. I was so impressed.
I had a fantastic experience with Flute World! After running into issues with several other suppliers, I was in a bit of a bind trying to find a metronome at the last minute. Grace was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed.
Very cool space and the staff is GREAT. William in particular was very helpful and friendly. I will say though it's fairly annoying that they can't accept consignments/sales because one member of their staff is out on extended leave...
The staff are so warm applying no pressure for sales at all and so knowledgeable. We love shopping here!
