Absolutely love the piano (and Pianodisc Player system) I bought from Ford Piano in 2019. John Ford, his son, and the entire staff have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. His son has been to my home twice to make some minor adjustments, and to tune the piano.
We have a Kimball console that needed tuning. Matthew was thorough and patient as he removed the action, refined the jacks in the bass, cleaned and polished our keys! This service is stellar.
Matthew is the consummate piano technician. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting several issues with our Baldwin Grand, the least of which was a squeak due to a faulty front fall, and the most being a lot of notes terribly out of tune!! He was thorough and gave great attention to detail.
