I recently switched to Forte Music exclusively after using other stores for various school program needs. I'm very happy I made the switch because the customer service is top notch. Ed is responsive to my questions and needs and the turn around on repairs is unprecedented.
I came in to drop off my kids instruments for maintenance and repairs the day before Thanksgiving. Ed waited on me at the Tiffin store and said their instruments would be done by Friday morning. The service was great and best of all Ed even delivered the instruments back to me to save me trip back into Tiffin!
First time into the store and my daughter found sheet music she wanted. They have a large selection of music for different instruments in store as well as instruments and accessories. They can also print sheet music for you if they don't have it and it's available to print. Staff was knowledgeable and nice.
The folks at Forte Music have always been wonderful to work with. Renting an instrument for school band was easy and fast. We stopped in once because my son's mouthpiece was jammed and they popped it out quick for us - no hassle. Every time we stop in the staff has always been pleasant and knowledgeable.
