Wonderful experience. Came with a couple of violins not knowing which is a best or even if they are ready to be played. Left with a cleaned and tuned violin. Deana showed us the basics of the violin and how to keep maintained.
Found my long time childhood violins. Originally wanted to get them tuned and restring so I can pick up practicing and possibly teach my 4 and 2 year old HAHA. Forte Strings was able to help me with a quick fix and turn around compared to other stores. They were extremely friendly & professional.
I have practiced Violin/Viola for several years; I needed another violin, so I decided to pay this shop a visit in December. Extremely friendly and considerate, and their shop is wonderful.
Amazing customer service and everything was done by professionals. I last played my violin about 19 years ago and it had been sitting in my closet, until my young nephew needed a violin. So I took the violin in for new strings and any repairs it needed.
