So I bought a neon green Jackson SL3X that had been not played and stored for many years. Frank called me after the guitar was dropped off and asked me how I wanted set up. I told him I wanted to be able to play fast and play 80s rock music.
My son started playing base guitar this year in jr high band. We had a broken piece because of course young kids do that! Needed it fixed ASAP as he has his Christmas program coming up. I was beyond impressed with his overall customer service, prices, and fellowship while he fixed the guitar on site!
Frank Trowbridge is a guitar expert and wizard. He can fix anything on a guitar, and frequently make it better than it was before. I have been doing business with him for almost 30 years. You cannot find anyone like Frank. Period.
