Just picked up my guitar today and it's never played or felt better. Brandon was professional and definitely knew his stuff. If I ever have another problem with a guitar, I won't hesitate to text him. I'd recommend Fret Tec to anyone and everyone with a guitar in need of some TLC.
I had been searching for a qualified guitar service repair shop every since I returned to the area. I was very fortunate to have found Fret Tec. Brandon takes the time to explain the work needed and he delivers. I will be taking all of my guitars to Fret Tec without a doubt.
I had an issue with the action on my acoustic guitar as strings did seem to be too low with strings buzzing & Mr. Brandon was so very Helpful & Honest with me & If I have Any guitar troubles or questions in the future I will return to Mr. Brandon to do business & I very Highly Recommend him for All y'all's guitars.
