I Brought Zach in my new Jackson Rhoads RR Professional. The factory setup was poor, and as Zack explained clearly the guitar needed a bit of TLC the factory seems to have forgotten to include. Not put off by being a Floyd Rose equipped guitar (I had one guy tell me they are too big of a pain to work on? What?
Zach did such an amazing job restoring my Little Martin. He's incredibly knowledgeable about problems and repairs for guitars. He took the time to explain the issues in-depth and talk through possible repairs with me.
I took my late Grandmother's 1938 Gibson L30 to this shop to she if he could restore it. It had pretty significant damage to the neck and had been left in the heat before I got it, so the glue was coming undone.
I’m only writing a review because service and skill like this does not come often in this world and it should be acknowledged. Zach is first and foremost a good dude, a friendly and knowledgeable guy who provides a great and responsive service, but most of all he’s an absolute master at setting up and fixing guitars.
