This place is awesome! I came in to try out a Jackson Rhodes they had in the window. The owner was happy to help me! He showed me where the cables were at to hook up and test out the guitar. The setup was outstanding! I have never touched a guitar in a shop that played that well. I couldn’t put the guitar down.
I can’t say enough good things about Fretworks! These folks recently installed a Fishman Matrix Infinity VT pickup system in my Martin, and wow—it sounds absolutely amazing! The installation was flawless, and the tone is everything I could have hoped for and more.
Stopped in for the first time today. The owner is so incredibly helpful and friendly! He really took the time to answer all my questions and help me decide on what I needed. Despite the store being very busy, the owner (the only person on staff today) made everyone feel attended to, even the kids in the store!
