Let me start from the beginning. I always try to support small business, but often times in the music world, the websites leave a lot to be desired. We are talking about very expensive instruments, and a lot of times, you will get one or 2 pictures, and the description is "with case".Not G-Brats.
I just got my PRS 594 McCarty. Whale Blue, 2020 model. It arrived packed to withstand any untoward force that might have tried to harm it. IT ARRIVED IN 4 DAYS! HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN FROM TEXAS TO OCEANSIDE? The guitar looks like brand new and it had been stored away and never really played.
I literally don't have enough positive superlatives to describe my experience. Scotty was amazing to deal with; communicative, easy going, not afraid to deal. Shipped immediately, and while I expected it to arrive in five business days, it arrived in three. It was packed better than it shipped from the factory...
