We have only used Gadsden for a year but it’s reliable and easy. We got an instrument in less than 20 minutes and the store is small but has most the essentials you need. They do instrument cleanings fairly cheap too. And when we go staff are always friendly and are always here to help.
We have been using Gadsden Music since 2019. I have been pleased with their level of service every time I have frequented their store in Hoover. We have used them for instrument rental, musical supplies, advice, instrument tune ups / repairs, and we purchased a new instrument from them.
Not as big as some of the other stores but I like the smaller more personal feel. Attentive staff.
Great place to buy or rent an instrument. Especially if your child isn’t sure what they want to play. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I needed to return an instrument and had absolutely no problems! Just a few minutes and we were out the door! Would definitely buy/rent from them again!
